THE HUSKY CUDDLE SESSIONS

On Sunday August 9th (11:15 – 12:45) we’re hosting a special edition where you can enjoy a relaxed brunch with dogs and either bring your own dog or join without one.

We’re doing this edition a little differently than usual, as some of our own huskies are getting older and we want to make sure we can cater to them properly and not overwhelm them. That means a calmer setup and a focus on a relaxed experience for all dogs involved 🤍

We work with different ticket options:
🐶 Human ticket (€30) – includes brunch + one drink + donation to Dunya’s Rescue Haven
🐕 Dog ticket (€10) – for dogs joining the brunch, includes a treat + goodie bag + donation
🤍 “Knuffelhond” ticket (€7,50) – for guests without a dog who want to cuddle one of our huskies (limited availability)

During the event you will also have the opportunity to:

- Shop for handmade (dog) accessories (bandanas, handbags and more!)

- Shop vintage fashion

- Learn about Dunya's Rescue Haven

Our 12 year old sweet boy, who loves cuddles and food (he loves to beg). He's a great singer and a very calm dog.

Bailey

Our 12 year old diabetic & blind girl who absolutely adores attention and belly rubs.

Dunya

Our 8 year old husky diva who will do anything for a treat, but might take some time before she'll let you pet her.

Zade

Our 2 year old crazy boy. Husky x Golden Retriever mix with lots of enthusiasm, with no spatial or personal awareness. But he'll do anything for attention.

👉 Please note: if you don’t reserve a knuffelhond ticket or if they are sold out, there may be limited opportunity to interact or cuddle with our huskies during the event.

What to expect:
– A calm brunch setting with social dogs
– Time to meet, relax and enjoy the space together
– All tickets include a donation to Dunya’s Rescue Haven 🐾

🐾 Bringing your own dog? They must be social with other dogs and people, okay in a busier environment, and kept on a leash at all times.

☀️ In case of warm weather, there will be shaded areas, small dog pools, and a location by the water with easy access by public transport so you don’t have to walk far with your dog.

Are you a small or creative business owner? Or do you have a dog-related brand that deserves the spotlight? The Husky Cuddle Sessions is the perfect place to showcase or sell your products to an engaged audience! We love collaborating with unique brands to create memorable experiences.

Do you love huskies and would you love to volunteer during our event in Amsterdam? Or do you have a husky or husky mix who loves cuddling and is good with other dogs? This might be an opportunity for you!

We're looking for people to help us with for instance managing the dogs while we set up, keeping an eye on the dogs and visitors during the sessions, handing out treats for the dogs during the sessions, helping accommodate the local business owners selling their products during the event and helping us with the sponsors of the event. We're also looking for husky or husky mix owners who's dog loves to cuddle and is good with other dogs. If you're interested in helping us raise money for our own dog rescue and at the same time give your dog a fun day out, feel free to apply via the form!
